Guardian Welcomes Nick Dabrensky as New VP of Sales

Barb Markevich, President-Guardian Telecom Inc. is pleased to announce that Nick Dabrensky has joined Guardian as the new Vice President of Sales in September 2008, bringing with him 25 years of experience in sales management and leadership in the telecommunications and networking sector. Nick has worked in a senior capacity with a variety of Fortune 500 organizations including Telus, MetroNet-AT&T, Bell Canada and Rogers Communications and has an exceptional track record in Channel-Partner program development, market growth and revenue acceleration.

Nick’s primary objective is to address the increasing global demand for Guardian’s Hazardous Area, Explosion-Proof and Weather Resistant line-up of rugged, industrial telephones and Page/Party Systems. His strategy includes providing increased support and tools to the existing global network of Distributors and Value Added Partners, recruiting additional strategic partners and manufacturers’ representatives in select markets and challenging Guardian’s R&D and Engineering teams to continue to customize solutions to meet customers’ varied and specific communication requirements. Nick is also anticipating the impending certification of Guardian’s much anticipated and requested Zone 1 approved telephone.
